ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our Annual General Meeting takes place on November 17th, at 3pm. Everyone is welcome.

This is your chance to discuss and, if you are a member, vote on, the running of the church in the coming year, including voting for the Board Members. If you want to have your say in what we do as a community, it is important to take the time to be here and have your say!

There will be 4 positions on the Board falling vacant this year. Any member in good standing who has been a member for more than 6 months can be nominated to stand for the Board.

If you think you have the skills and commitment needed to fulfil this ministry, please ask Rev Sharon for more information. She will be able to provide you with details of what is involved in being a Board Member.

COLD WEATHER SHELTER

After Christmas, the Cold Weather Shelter begins again.

On Monday nights for three months, we open our doors to a group of homeless people.  We provide hot dinner and breakfast, warm safe beds, showers, and various kinds of practical support.

We will need volunteers for the evening, overnight and morning shifts!

Jen Ferguson is the coordinator, please speak to her if you want to get involved.
